Our team of rehab professionals will assist you throughout the equipment evaluation and doctor appointments, including helping you obtain the necessary medical records and documentation from your therapist and primary care physician, applying for insurance authorizations and coverage and filing your insurance claim on your behalf. Everyone is shaped different and requires different configuration that’s why we do a 10 point evaluation process to ensure proper piece of equipment is ordered.
We will deliver your equipment and provide training to you and your family or caregivers on how to safely and effective operate the prescribed equipment. After delivery, you can count on our experienced Service and Repair teams to be there for continued assistance and repair calls. You’re not alone with AMS.

We understand that if you are without your prescribed equipment many things can occur including confined to your home or even worse bed. If something happens to your equipment AMS will provide you with a loaner until your wheelchair issues are resolved. Our highly trained and experience certified technician will work with you and your family to ensure a proper repair is completed. That’s our promise to all our clients.
Most Power Wheelchairs delivered Assurance Medical (AMS) operate with electronics (mini-computers) for control, this gives us the ability to troubleshoot the actual problem and provide a quick turnaround. These increasingly complex seat/chair systems experience strenuous real world use and we want to keep the equipment performing properly.
